For further information,
Colorado state law permits us to ship wine of our own manufacture
to anyone 21 years of age or older.
The prior law that restricted sales to only those
who had visited the licensed premises in person was
changed July 2006 to allow shipment to any adult residing
in the State of Colorado, regardless of whether they have been
to our tasting room.
United States/Other States
Shipment to certain states may be restricted for regulatory reasons.
Some states do not permit wine to be shipped,
restrict the allowable quantity to be shipped
or require that the purchaser have ordered the wine from
the manufacturer premises.
For states that restrict the consumer to certain quantities
within specified time periods,
we consider that is the responsibility of consumer
to moderate incoming purchases
rather than the responsibility of the shipper.
For states that require the purchaser to order the wine in person
at the licensed premises,
shipping is restricted to those
who have purchased wine from one of our licensed premises.
We consider that a purchase at our physical premises
(i.e. tasting room) constitutes
an "open purchase order" that can be adjusted and continued subsequently

United States/Shipping Carrier Restrictions
Shipping carriers that we use also
restrict which states that we ship into.
Shipping carriers periodically review
applicable state and federal regulations and ascertain a legal opinion
on whether to ship wine into those states.
In some cases,
we have may have reached a legal opinion to allow
shipping into a certain state but
not have a shipping carrier that
has reached a similar opion.
In other cases,
there may be a carrier willing to ship to a certain state
but our legal opinion is contrary and we do not ship to that state.
Legal Basis - Colorado
The brands of wine we carry are manufactured by
ourselves and other Colorado limited wineries.
Our winery is allowed to ship wine manufactured by ourselves
to purchasers residing in Colorado.
However, we are not able to ship wines manufactured
by other Colorado limited wineries to purchasers residing in Colorado.
We are able to ship all of the wines we stock to other states
that allow the shipment of wine.
