Fermented Merlot on skins, then pressed off early into a stainless tank. Added fresh wine grape juice in to sweeten the wine. Blended in Black Muscat, Suffolk Red, and late harvested Merlot to add complexity.
Fruity aroma with hints of orange blossoms and roses. The bright fruity flavor is reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate and ends in a spicy finish with notes of nutmeg and cloves.

A classic floral nose on a rich classic dry white. A bit of butterscotch and vanilla, and subtle notes of honey, white peach, pineapple, and pear with a crisp finish.
